I didn't get the free breakfast. When I went downstairs, the food section had a sign that food had to be paid for and was not included. I didn't eat there.

We stumbled upon this hotel by chance. We were on a road trip and had an issue with our motorcycle and this is the closest location to what we thought was a bike dealer. The issue with the bike was an unfortunate one, but we felt so lucky to have stayed here as all the hotel staffs went above and beyond to accommodate us. The engineer guy, Fernando if I recall the name correctly, offered us a jump start with his own car and another male staff lend us the jumper cable. Lisa at the front desk was definitely the most amazing person I have ever met, she really cares and offered us a late check to let us figure out the bike issue. This was also July 4th, and we had an amazing view of the fireworks at the stadium right in front our hotel room window. We will definitely stay here again next time we pass by.

We loved everything. The pool was heated to it was so nice. Staff was amazing and very welcoming! Thank you so much for an amazing stay. If we ever come to San Jose we will be staying there again! Oh yes! You guys had a bar and like a guy come and sing! If I didn't have my little one I would've been down there enjoying that as well <3

It was clean and so close to Levi’s Stadium where we attended The Eras Tour. They played Taylor Swift in the lobby and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check in a number of hours early so we could get ready for the show.

Clean and Safe area, rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable. Ubers were always less than one minute away when needed, short drive to airport, and can walk on a safe and clean sidewalk with cross walks right to Levi Stadium. Hotel was modern and the the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice hang out bar and lounge area in lobby with patio.

The staff were friendly and always attentive. The rooms were very nice. The wifi actually worked in my room. The ironing board in the room and safe were very helpful.

The location was perfect for our stay, we were in town for a football game. The room was a nice size, the layout is really nice as well. The safe was great, unfortunately due to the hotel being booked up we had to park on the street right in front of the hotel, over night our vehicle was hit and when asked the hotel if the had camera footage, we were told that the cameras did not cover the street right in front of the hotel, which I find hard to believe. We would stay here again but next trip I will plan to rent a car. ;)

this hotel was great!! love the unique lighting and atmosphere. extremely clean, everything was new and updated. very modern. staff was great. enrique greeted us when we walked in and helped us with everything we needed. beds were extremely comfortable and hotel rooms were great. definitely will be back!!
